Service and permitted use

FINMOND Intelligence provides research, evidence-backed reports and monitoring for commercial decisions. Keep your account credentials private and provide an accurate brief. Use the service lawfully. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, infringe third-party rights, bypass access controls or use the service for prohibited surveillance or unlawful activity.

Research limits and review

Reports distinguish source-backed facts, calculations, interpretations, assumptions and recommendations. Sources may be incomplete, stale or wrong; reports identify material gaps where detected. Human review is required before report publication. Review does not guarantee completeness or a business outcome. Check material decisions independently and obtain professional advice for legal, regulatory, investment, tax or medical matters.

Orders, allowances and cancellation

The selected product and checkout show the applicable price, recurring interval and included usage. Monitoring and premium functions depend on the active entitlement. Manage eligible subscriptions and cancellation through the billing portal or contact the operator. Refunds, service complaints and mandatory consumer rights are handled under applicable law; final commercial refund and cancellation terms require owner review before live billing. V1 implementation uses Stripe test/sandbox mode and does not authorize live charges.

Reports and source rights

You may use delivered reports for your own business purposes subject to the agreed order. Public sources retain their own copyright and access restrictions. Source attribution does not grant rights to republish protected third-party content.

Availability and responsibility

Research providers and websites may be unavailable or rate limited. The system records failed steps for retry and recovery, and delivery time can vary. The operator may restrict abusive access to protect other users and must preserve applicable legal rights. Liability limits, governing law and any commercial service commitments must be agreed by the operator before a commercial launch; this framework does not invent those terms.

Contact and changes

Contact the operator about service issues, billing or privacy. Material changes to commercial terms should be communicated before they apply to existing subscriptions.
